Do you frequent CMT viewers get annoyed with the ratio of commercials to videos? I know I do! CMT plays 2 videos and then will go to a 4 to 5 minute commercial break. We dont want to see the commercials we just want to watch music videos without all the interuptions!

I love Rascal Flatts' new song Take Me There!! It is one of my favorite songs by them and I think they did a really great job with the video as well. I have seen it a few times already on CMT.

Country Music Television

If you are looking at this blog then I'm sure you have watched the television show CMT a time or two. It is an easy way to hear the music we love and see the videos produced for those songs. I know when I get out of class and have some free time I turn on CMT. There are some really good videos out right now. Rascal Flatts video for their newest song, Take Me There is one of my favorites. Also Sugarland's video for Everyday America is rising to the top.

I am also looking forward to this years CMA's. There are a lot of talented nominees this year. The nominees for video of the year are; "Anyway" Martina McBride, "Before He Cheats" Carrie Underwood, "Moments" Emerson Drive, "You Save Me" Kenny Chesney and "Online" Brad Paisley. The CMA's will be on television November 7th.

Keith Urban

I am a huge country music fan and one of my favorite singers is Keith Urban. I live in Indy and I know I am way excited about his concert on November 8th. Tickets go on sale this Saturday and I cannot wait to get mine. I know there have to be many hoosiers out there that are just as pumped as I am about this concert! He has so many great songs, new and old. Some of my favorite songs are; You Look Good In My Shirt, You're Not My God, Where the Blcktop Ends and I Told You So and Once in a Lifetime, which are two of his most recent songs.

Keith Urban has been nominated for many awards at the CMA's this year. The categories he is up for are; Entertainer of the year, Male vocalist of the year, "Stupid Boy"-Song of the year and Love Pain and the Whole Crazy Thing- Album of the year.
